The main goal of SVS Robotics, Inc. is not only to win the contract from BEST Robotics, Incorporated, but to exchange ideas and technology with the other companies involved in the quest and to gain the support of our community.
SVS Robotics Marketing and Promotional Team gather one Saturday afternoon at the local flea market to education the public on our quest for finding a solution to BEST Robotics dilemma. Our display included the selling of HEXBUGS, manufactured by Innovation First, Inc., and introducing the public to simple fun robots. Many citizens provided monetary donations.
SVS Robotics, Inc. has been actively promoting BEST Robotics in our surrounding community for the past five years. Due to the state of the economy, many corporations that competed along side SVS Robotics, Inc. closed their doors. Therefore, our Marketing and Promotions team reached out to those corporations impacted by hard economic times, such as Corpus Christi and St. Ignatius. We attempted to recruit those associates who were passionate about technology, but had no place to express there desire to improve the world around them. Together we can make a difference.
In honor of our newly elected President and for all the troops still serving overseas, SVS Robotics chose to sell American Flags to be proudly displayed on their vehicles to remind everyone why America really is the BEST land in the world.
Last year SVS Robotics, Inc. reached out to Theodore High School, to help them grow and develop their program. Each with tight project calendars and limited time, we were not able to hold our annual summit, but SVS Robotics did transfer some of our top scientists to Theodore High School. With new Scientists to lead the quest, we are confident enrollment will increase and success will follow.
While SVS Robotics has been hard at work designing and building our robot, we also have allotted time for relaxation and fellowship. Courtesy of the Gulf Coast Exploreum and CIBA, now part of BASF, our Team members enjoyed a wonderful exhibit about the human body, ate pizza and watched the IMAX movie about NASCAR racing. Everyone enjoyed the night off to refuel.
Should the contract be awarded to SVS Robotics, for maximizing production of isooctane with limited resources, SVS Robotics will not be the sole winner. All the companies that accept the challenge before them will be winners. Therefore in the spirit of sportsmanship SVS Robotics sent a postcard of encouragement to all. |
