Welcome to SVS Robotics

This Year BEST Aircraft Company, a division of BEST Robotics, Incorporated (BRI) has asked SVS Robotics to use technology to automate and streamline the assembly process of airplanes. Airplanes are composed of hundreds of pieces, many which need to be hand assembled. Air travel has become more vital to man’s survival, so to keep up with the demand for new aircrafts, the process must be automated. Robots are the solution.

SVS Robotics, Inc. along with twenty three other corporations across the south east region recently attended the JUST PLANE CRAZY Forum held at Davidson High School, in Mobile, Alabama.  Each company was presented the guidelines for the challenge facing the aircraft industry and a list of resources.  The contract will be awarded to the company the presents the most efficient, cost-effective robot.

Each robot will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Turn on the warehouse lights
  • Navigate around or re-position Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
  • Enter the warehouse, collect sub assemblies and deliver them to the assembly area
  • Completely assembly each aircraft, transport it to the delivery center and assist the aircraft into flight
